Nick is a seasoned professional in construction, development, and project management, with extensive experience delivering high-profile commercial real estate projects. Armed with an MBA from Rice University and a Business Management degree with a Construction Management minor from LSU, Nick blends technical expertise with strategic leadership. Previously a Development Manager at DC Partners, he specializes in project planning, site selection, and due diligence. With a proven track record of managing complex projects and a forward-thinking approach, Nick ensures success from concept to completion.
