Nick Skuteris
Nick is a seasoned construction, development, and project management professional with extensive experience delivering complex, high-profile real estate projects across the hospitality, condominium, mixed-use, and industrial sectors. He has successfully completed more than 1 million square feet representing over $500 million in total project value.
Nick holds an MBA from Rice University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Construction Management from LSU, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership. He specializes in project planning, site selection, due diligence, and execution oversight. True to FILO's "First In, Last Out" mentality, Nick takes a hands-on, owner-focused approach—leading projects from early concept through completion to protect asset value and ensure long-term performance.
